Submit a Tool
Paid listings and sponsorships put your tool in front of HoardAds readers. Two rules come with every placement — no exceptions.
1. Every paid placement is labeled "Sponsored." Paid placement is never disguised as editorial content, and the label cannot be removed or softened.
2. Every sponsor is vetted first. Nothing goes live until your company, product and landing pages have passed our review below. Submitting an application does not guarantee acceptance.
What we review before anything goes live
- Company credentials. Proof of your business or entity and of your right to promote the product.
- Product qualifications. Evidence that the product is real, functional and legally offered in the markets you target.
- Landing page check. We review the destination page in full — claims, pricing presentation, and checkout flow must match what the ad says.
- Regulated categories need approval documents. Medical and pharmaceutical products, health foods and supplements, financial and investment services, education and training, and similar regulated categories must provide the applicable advertising review or approval documentation. No documents, no placement.
What we refuse outright
- Gambling and betting products
- Adult content
- Unlicensed financial products or services
- Guaranteed-return, "get rich quick," or otherwise false or misleading income claims
- Anything illegal in the markets it targets
What payment does — and doesn't — buy
Payment buys the placement itself, clearly labeled. It does not buy a positive review, a ranking position, a rating, or changes to editorial coverage of your product. If we review your tool, the review says what we actually think.
What to send us
For a standard listing, email [email protected] with the following:
- Tool name. The name exactly as it should appear in the directory.
- Website URL. Your homepage or main product page.
- Category. AI Coding, AI Writing & Office, AI Image & Video, Crypto Data & Wallets, Productivity, or VPN & Privacy.
- One-line pitch. A single sentence that says what the tool is and who it's for.
- What it does. Two or three sentences on the core features — and what makes it worth a reader's time.
- Pricing model. Free, freemium, subscription, or one-time — plus the starting price, if there is one.
- Logo link. A direct link to your logo file (SVG or PNG preferred).
- Affiliate program. Tell us whether you run one — and if you do, where to join it.
Standard listings are free during our launch period. Paid featured placements are coming soon — and when they arrive, they'll follow the same rules as everything else on this page: vetted first, labeled "Sponsored," always.
How to apply
Email [email protected] with:
- Your company name and website
- The product, its category, and the landing page URL you want to promote
- The placement you're interested in and your target start date
- For regulated categories, your advertising approval documentation
We review every application by hand. If it's approved, we'll confirm the placement terms and provide payment instructions — placements go live only after review and payment are both complete.
